The accommodations are modern and well-maintained, located on various levels, each featuring a balcony and a kitchenette.

The units were new-fashioned and heated on the different floors.

The place was top quality and had amazingly nice staff always at your service, greatly enjoyed the stay. Lots of food for breakfast, which was appetising to satisfy everyone. It had marvellous location, just next door to restaurants and nightlife, Vihren Palace and the gondola and Pirin Street for shops and restaurants.

Great bed, room decked out with all you need - key card, a desk for work, and even satellite TV! 🛋️

The service was excellent. the hotel was brand-new, well-heated, and conveniently located close to the ski slope. the lobby bar was available on the premises.

The hotel is in a fantastic location, close to the Gondola Lift.

This hotel exceeded our expectations in many ways. the location is ideal, being right beside the gondola and in the center of everything. It made getting to the ski slopes and exploring the area incredibly convenient. Secondly, the staff were friendly and attentive, always ready to assist us with any queries or requests we had. Additionally, the rooms were spacious, with a small kitchenette and awesome views from the different floors. The quality of the furnishings in the apartment was also impressive. Lastly, the fact that breakfast was included in the price was a great bonus, adding value to our stay.

All was well during our stay.

The swimming pool and spa facilities were always clean and well-maintained, and we enjoyed a fantastic massage that left us feeling incredibly relaxed. our experience at this hotel was top-notch and we would highly recommend it to any family looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

We did encounter a minor issue with the jacuzzi not working until the last day of our stay. We were told it had been broken the day before, but we hope it was a genuine technical problem and not just an excuse based on the number of guests.

Plus, the hotel is situated in a peaceful residential area, offering a serene atmosphere. the rooms are well-equipped with heating for wet equipment, perfect for drying off after a day on the slopes.

The thin and uncomfortable pillows can be a disappointment for light sleepers.
